Masó
I play bass in a three-piece band called Masó with members all hailing from Queens, NY. We rehearse and record in a DIY space in Woodhaven and have performed at venues around New York City.
In 2025, we released our first single, “Amorcito,” followed by a second single “Monster,” both featuring cover art by Jessica Ospina.
Our sound is an eclectic band of influences ranging from The Mars Volta to La Barranca, salsa dura, Afro-Peruvian music, R&B, and Latin soul, as well as our shared love of Queens. We are currently recording a new EP of original songs, due out at the end of the year.
